This project is a four story, ninety five (95) room facility. The exterior consists of EIFS, metal and tile panels. This is one of Marriot's new concepts in their extended stay hotel line. Located in the heart of Jackson's only mixed-use city center, (The District at Eastover) Residence Inn participates in the concept of integrating commercial and residential offerings. From this location, extended stay guests are able to dine, shop, work, stay and play all from one convenient location.

The hotel has spacious studios, one and two- bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping areas. Studios include fully equipped kitchens, office space and a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. The lobby area includes a business center complete with advanced WiFi and state-of-the-art office equipment for business travelers. In additiona to the lobby area, common spaces include a fitness center, meeting rooms and a guest laundry. Exterior amenities include a gated outfoor swimming pool, outdoor grille and fire pit lounge for a truly relaxing stay. The exterior even has a putting green for guest to enjoy.

This project began in the conceptual design phase when budgeting with the owner and developer of the master development.
